PRIZE GIVE-AWAYS
Increase your company's exposure!
The Prize Give-Away is a special event for attendees as an avenue of added exposure for exhibitors. This is a great way to increase product and company exposure with attendees. The Prize Give-Away will take place on Wednesday, March 9, at each participating exhibitor's booth from 4:15pm-5:00pm (after the conference sessions are over).
The Process:
• Each exhibitor that is donating a prize will be given a fish bowl with a label on the side, recognizing them as participating in the Prize Give-Away drawing. Attendees should place their business card in that bowl, to be included in the drawing for that particular prize.
• The drawing will start around 4:15pm on Wednesday and be moderated by a Conference Staff Person. He/She will have a remote microphone allowing each Prize Give-Away to be done directly from the corresponding exhibitor's booth.
• Each exhibitor will be recognized for donating a prize, will be given the microphone and allowed to speak for up to 1 minute about their company.
• The Conference Staff Person will have someone from the audience draw from the bowl and then announce the winner. The winner must be present, and if not, a new name will be drawn.
ATTENDEES MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!
All participating exhibitors will get additional recognition in the On-Site Program Guide. We recommend that prizes be a minimum of $100.00 retail value.
