Prize Give-Aways

The Prize Give-Away is offered to attendees as an avenue of added exposure for exhibitors.  This is a great way to gain product and company exposure with attendees.

The drawings will take place in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, March 26th from 4:15pm – 5:00pm. WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

The Process

• Have a fish bowl or box in your exhibit space.
• Place a sign on a table or in your booth that says you are participating in the Prize Give-Away Drawing.
• Have attendees drop in a business card, and/or have blank forms available for them to write their information on.
• Between the hours of 4:00 and 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 26, a representative from Infrastructure Resources will be walking throughout the exhibit hall with a microphone drawing and announcing the winners. Winners must be present during the drawing.

Prizes should be a minimum value of $50. Some ideas include:

• Any of your products
• iPod
• GPS System
• DVD Player
• Use your imagination!

All participating exhibitors will get additional recognition in the on-site show program.

If you would like to submit a prize to be included in the drawings, please complete the Prize Give Away field when you are completing the exhibitor registration process.
