2012 CGA Excavation Safety Conference & Expo

Everyone attending the Conference and Expo must register in advance or on-site.

This Sponsorship Includes:

• Distribution of lanyards & badge holders
       • To be approved by Infrastructure Resources
       •  Sponsor to supply lanyards and badge holders

• Banner with the sponsors logo to be hung at the Registration Counter
       •  Banner will have the sponsors name/logo and will recognize them as the Registration Sponsor
       •  Infrastructure Resources will supply the banner

• Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference Web Site.

• Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference Program Guide.

Sponsorship SOLD to Rust-Oleum Corporation

The Welcome Reception is the big kick-off reception, in the exhibit hall, for the conference and the opening of the expo. There will be hors d' oeuvres and a cash bar, which will make it a great networking event. This will be on Tuesday from 5:00pm - 7:30pm.

This Sponsorship Includes:

• A 5'x10' banner in the exhibit hall that recognizes your company as a Co-Sponsor of the Welcome Reception, which will remain up the entire show.
• Have your company brochure, inserted into the show bag at registration.
• There will be a flyer at registration on Monday and Tuesday, promoting the Welcome Reception and your company as a sponsor.
• Signage recognizing your sponsorship by all hors d' oeuvre and appetizer tables.
• Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference Website for both events.
• Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference Program Guide for both events.

There will be three (3) Welcome Reception Sponsorships sold.

This is the CGA's Annual Meeting and will be attended by CAG members and other stakeholers interested in damage prevention. At the 2011 meeting ther were approximately 700 people in attendance.

This Sponsorship Includes:

• A 5'x10" banner hung by the stage during the breakfast meeting the recognizes your company as Co-Sponsor of the CGA Breakfast & Annual Meeting
• Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference Web Site.
• Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference Program Guide
• Recognition of your sponsorship in pre-show marketing materials, promoting the conference and the CGA Breakfast and Annual Meeting.

At registration, each attendee who has purchased a conference package will be given a conference portfolio. The Front Cover Sponsorship will have the sponsor's logo prominent, near the center and on the front of the portfolio, with the conference logo smaller and closer to the bottom.

At registration, each attendee who has purchased a conference package will be given a conference portfolio. The Inside Cover Sponsorship will have the sponsor's logo prominently displayed on the inside of the cover. This is great opportunity to keep your company's name in the attendee's mind.

This Sponsorship Includes:

• All conference portfolios (Approximately 700). Selection of portfolio is by Infrastructure Resources.
• Sponsors logo and any other information of the sponsors (depending on space availability) on the inside cover, either embossed or screen printed.
• Distribution of portfolios at registration.

Put your company's logo in the hands of everyone attending the show. Each bag will have the sponsor's logo printed on one side and the event logo printed on the other. Bag should be produced from a fabric.

SOLD to Pennsylvania One Call Systems

This sponsorship covers the notes that go with each session, supplied to us by each session speaker(s). The notes are printed (black & white), 3 hole punched and stapled. There will be a cover page on the front of each session packet. Approximately the top two-thirds of each cover page will list the Conference logo, session name, speaker(s) names, date. The remaining space will include the sponsor's logo, slogan or tag line, with a websit address and phone number. Every person attending each session will recieve a copy of the notes that the speaker had supplied. A three ring binder will also be provided to each conference attendee to retain their session notes.

The Oil & Gas Summit is an open forum conducted by a panel of industry leaders from across North America. Panel members share results of successful programs being used to improve excavation safety and damage prevention. There is also an interactive exchange with the audience.

The Resource Center is wher attendees can:

• Get current publications from Industry Endorsing Magazines.
• See copies fo the Excavation Safety Guide, along with ways of customizing the guide for your personal distribution.
• View video items (DVD's) that are industry related and are for sale.
• Get copies of publications and literature from industry endorsing organizations.

This Sponsorship Includes:

• A banner in the Resource Center, acknowledging your sponsorship of the Resource Center.

There will be a person in the Resource Center to answer and assist attendees with their requests.

Sponsorship SOLD to Damage Prevention Professional Magazine

The Damage Prevention Theater is where attendees can view on a big screen, videos that cover related industry topics. Thes videos will cycle thru providing continuous viewing. Many will also be available for purchase at the Resource Center.

The Damage Prevention Theater will be close to the Resource Center to provide access to someone who can answer questions.

On Tuesday, March 6 there will be an all day Locator Workshop. Lunch will be provided to workshop attendees along with beverages for morning and afternoon breaks.

The Excavation Safety Day Keynote is held on Thursday morning and is open to all atttendees.
The Keynote Speaker will be Eric Giguere.
He was buried alive in a trench collapse, but lived to tell about it.
