Meeting Rooms

CGA has a limited number of meeting rooms with Bartolin Hall at the Broadmoor for exhibitors’ meetings, offices, and storage. AV and food and beverage are available for purchase.

Pricing information ($500.00 flat fee per room):

  • Rooms are available for use Monday – Wednesday during normal business hours and are assigned on a first-come basis.
  • The fee includes a standard setup of tables and chairs (can seat up to 12 people u-shape) but does not include any applicable room set charge fees or other applicable fees.
  • Rooms cannot be sublet and are available to current exhibitors only.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due on or before January 15, 2024. The remaining balance is due on or before March 1, 2024.
