With 220,000 square feet of total venue space, we knew we needed more. New for 2023 is the Outdoor Tour exhibit space. Just footsteps from the Palms Ballroom, it is one of Orlando’s newest and largest meeting venues and will be a dedicated space to not only showcase equipment, but to demo it as well.

Outdoor Tour includes:

  • 50x10-foot outdoor exhibit spaces
  • Excavation area for demos and road courses for tow-behinds
  • Dedicated hours and hosted reception
  • Opportunity to put your product into action
  • In-conference education sessions with your equipment

  • Blue & green pipe and drape back and side walls and table skirt
  • Wastebasket with liner does not include emptying of trash or booth vacuuming. Cleaning services if required must be ordered through the exhibitor manual.
Electrical & Internet Services


Orders for Exhibitor Power Services must be received by Encore with payment a minimum of fourteen (14) business days prior to scheduled event set-up for reduced advanced rates. Orders received less than fourteen (14) business days prior to scheduled event set-up or without payment will be charged at the “day of” floor rates.

High speed internet access is available, wired or wireless, for exhibitors needed additional internet speed. Wired: High Speed Internet Access: First connection/IP address: $550, $50 for each additional IP. Wireless: High Speed Internet Access: $100 + tax per connection when ordered at least three business days prior to event date. $150 + tax per connection when ordered within three business days of event or on site.

Warehouse receiving begins March 20, 2023

  • If you are utilizing an outside contractor, Goben Convention Services must be informed two weeks prior to setup. A valid “certificate of insurance” must be submitted to Goben Convention Services by the date illustrated on the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Notification form included in the exhibitor service kit. 
  • Labor is for installation & dismantling of displays, Please refer to the Labor forms included in this manual to order services. TIP: Order early and in advance to guarantee labor services. Exhibitors may setup and dismantle their own displays provided they use their own company employees to do so.
  • Exhibitors are required to provide the necessary cables to hook up devices to TV/Monitors. If you request Goben CS to provide the necessary cables then you must specify the cables required.
